Vesori Terms and Conditions
Version 5.0 | 28 October 2026
1. Business identity and scope
Vesori is a trading name of the Dutch sole proprietorship operated by Jorn Sebastiaan van Rijnsoever, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42183655, VAT identification number NL005563443B98. Business address: Poldermeesterhof 15, 2922 CV Krimpen aan den IJssel, the Netherlands. Contact: info@vesori.app. These Terms govern the service and paid subscriptions. Mandatory consumer rights prevail. Consumer status depends on the purpose of purchase, not the chosen user role.
2. Service and clinical context
Vesori is an educational knowledge platform for students, physiotherapists and personal trainers, covering anatomy, clinical tests, conditions, exercises and connections. It does not provide patient-specific diagnoses or treatment advice and does not replace professional judgment. Statutory conformity rights remain unaffected.
3. Accounts and permitted use
Some features require a personal account. Provide accurate information, protect login credentials and do not share accounts contrary to permitted use. Do not submit identifiable patient information. Unlawful redistribution, large-scale automated extraction, abuse and unauthorised access are prohibited. Measures taken against misuse must be proportionate and respect statutory rights.
4. Prices, ordering and payment
Before purchase Vesori displays the total price including applicable VAT, billing frequency, initial term, automatic renewal, cancellation conditions and withdrawal information. The order action clearly indicates an obligation to pay. The agreement is concluded when the order is accepted through checkout. Legally required confirmation is supplied on a durable medium. Payments are handled by the payment provider identified at checkout.
5. Subscription terms and renewal
Monthly subscriptions renew monthly until lawfully terminated. An annual subscription may have an initial fixed twelve-month term if validly agreed. After the initial term, statutory rules on tacit renewal and cancellation apply; consumers are not automatically bound for another twelve months where prohibited by law. The applicable statutory notice period is no more than one month where required. Prepaid amounts for the period after lawful termination are refunded pro rata where required.
6. Founding Membership
A maximum of 50 paying Founders may purchase Founding Membership at €5.99 per month or €59 per year, including applicable VAT. The agreed Founding price continues while the original paid membership remains uninterrupted, subject to the established recovery rules. Voluntary cancellation ends Founding rights on the contractual end date. Only valid withdrawal from the original purchase followed by a full, correctly processed refund releases the original seat under the allocation rules. Ordinary cancellation, account deletion, chargeback and goodwill refunds do not automatically release a seat. A failed renewal payment starts a seven-calendar-day recovery period; expiry does not automatically end Founding rights. Final termination requires a separate, transparent and lawful decision.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may generally withdraw from an applicable distance contract within 14 days of conclusion. For a valid withdrawal within this period Vesori refunds the original subscription payment in full, even if the service has already been used. Withdrawal may be exercised through an unequivocal statement to info@vesori.app or the available online withdrawal function without mandatory login. Submissions through that function are acknowledged without undue delay on a durable medium. Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise lawfully agreed.
Vesori makes the statutory model withdrawal form available as an annex to these Terms. Use of this form is optional. You may also withdraw by another unequivocal statement to info@vesori.app or through the available online withdrawal function.
8. Cancellation
Ordinary cancellation is available through an accessible online route and other channels required by law. Timely monthly cancellation prevents the next renewal; access generally continues until the end of the paid period. An initially agreed fixed annual term remains subject to statutory exceptions; thereafter statutory cancellation and any applicable pro-rata refund rules apply. Cancellation, withdrawal and account deletion are separate actions.
9. Failed payments and refunds
Vesori may take lawful recovery steps after failed payments and restrict access where justified. Reminders and collection charges comply with applicable law. Failed payment does not automatically delete an account or permanently remove Founding rights. Withdrawal refunds, statutory remedies, cancellation refunds, chargebacks and goodwill refunds are handled separately.
10. Privacy and account deletion
Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Notice at /en/privacy. Deleting an account or personal data does not automatically cancel a subscription or withdraw from a purchase. Vesori separately assesses active agreements, Founding rights and legally required financial records and explains the next steps.
11. Conformity, updates and changes
Vesori respects statutory rules for digital services, including conformity rights. Necessary updates, including security updates, are provided where required. Statutory remedies apply to non-conformity. Material service changes must respect applicable information, cancellation and termination rights.
12. Intellectual property and liability
Content and software are protected by the rights of Vesori or other rights holders. Users receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive right of use. Users remain responsible for their own professional decisions; this does not exclude Vesori’s statutory liability. Liability is limited only where permitted by law.
13. Complaints, law and disputes
Complaints may be sent to info@vesori.app. Vesori aims to provide an initial response within five working days. Dutch law generally applies without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections. Disputes are heard by courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
14. Changes to these Terms
The terms agreed at contract conclusion remain the starting point. Changes are communicated in good time and must not unlawfully interfere with statutory rights or agreed Founding price protection.
